Please note that we will not charge your credit card until your item has been shipped from our warehouse... We usually ship on the same day.
If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to our customer service with the subject “Cancellation” and your order number so that we can process your request correctly.
We will refund the paid amount within a maximum of 14 days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original packaging, sealed, unopened, unused, undamaged (if applicable).
If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team by email first (click here). If we do not receive notification, a return cannot be guaranteed.

Do not return anything without contacting customer service. We will refund within a maximum of 14 days.
If the product is damaged, we’ll send you a replacement. Contact customer service and send photos of the damaged packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Check your account, then your credit card company or bank. If it’s still missing after all checks, contact customer service.
